The Basics: Let’s start by choosing a one-sided or two-sided printer
Card printers can print on one or both sides of the card. Graphics, data, photographs, and even bar codes can be printed in a single pass. Several printer choices are available, and a few options are shown at the right.
Print speeds are approximately 30 seconds for a single-side, and 40 seconds for a dual- sided card. All models include a 12-month warranty and some even include free loaners.

Add Features: Add encoding modules or ethernet printing support
Optional features on most models include: Magnetic Stripe Encoders, All of our standard card printers allow you to print Bar Codes on the card. You may consider using a laminating printer (below) to add durability to your Bar Code. Ask your salesperson which options are available for your specific choice of printer.

Add Image Capture: Digital Cameras, Signature Pads, Fingerprint Scanners
Your cards can contain photographs, signatures, and even fingerprints that you digitally import into the design at print time. Choose only a camera for the most basic ID cards, or add the convenience of a digital signature pad and fingerprint scanner for added security.

Choose Accessories: Snap-Back Badge Reels, Lanyards, Card Holders
There are so many different ways to wear your new ID card. Whether you choose a custom-printed logo badge reel, or a standard vinyl badge clip, we have any attachment that you
can think of. Lanyards can be printed with your exact corporate colors and logo. Badge reels are available with a customized label. Badge clips are available in any color.
